Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with Just Strong 💪
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods or festive holidays).
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free from marks, odours, pet hair, or damage
- With the original swing tag fully attached
Please note: Any items returned that have been worn, washed, altered, or contain pet hair will be rejected. For hygiene and quality reasons, rejected returns will not be sent back to the customer.

Extended Holiday Returns
For orders placed between 24th November 2025 and 31st December 2025, returns will be accepted up until 31st January 2026.
Orders placed after 31st December 2025 will fall under our standard 30-day returns policy.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift Cards
- Customised item

This does not affect your statutory rights. If you’d like more information, our Customer Care team is always happy to help.

Sale Items
Only fully priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable; however we’re pleased to offer exchanges where available.

How to Return Your Item

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for returns to be processed after they reach us.

Return Shipping Costs
We do not currently offer free or pre-paid return labels. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
