Good for strength training
These shorts are perfect for strength training. Would not recommend for running as they kept giving me a ****** bit if you’re going to be lifting weights, they work just right.

SO COMFY!!! I ordered the xxs/xs and they fit perfect, AND they're super stretchy so you don't feel skin tight in the shorts. I have been on my period and have worn them all week because of how stretchy they are, so the shorts are very accommodating to body changes. I love love love these shorts.
